- Capturing the minutes from the meetings and publishing with action items

- Monitoring of the group mailbox for any request

- Facilitating the production of presentations for committees

- Managing Diaries of key people

- Internal Communication

- Access Management of tools like JIRA, Confluence

- Login administration of project team members

- Tracking of Time Sheets

- Providing, Removing or Restricting Rights

- Gathering project data with regards to budget

- Sourcing requests / Create Purchase Orders


Our PMO assistents are certified in either Prince2, PMBoK or Scrum. Some of them are also certified in ITIL 3.0 and speak fluently German and English and some a third language.
