Based on your given KPI's and weighting, we will develope a meaningful matrix for your decision making. Usually, such a table has between 20 - 50 key parameters, which are weighted first by your IT and your business departments. We analyze possible software tools accordingly and give a rating e.g. from 1 to 10. In this way, the matrix give you a meaningful result for your decision making.
